Yoga for back pain and spine health.

Yoga for back pain and spine health.

TREE OF LIFE YOGA (2014)

VIDEO, DESIGN, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT

BACKGROUND

Back pain.  Bad posture.  Eight out of ten people suffer from it, and it is not getting any better. What’s more unsettling is that younger and younger people have back problems that are normally seen in middle-aged and older people.  Computers, smart phones, tablets.  Technology has simplified our lives, but it has come at a high cost.  Our health.  Our spines. Tree of life is on a mission to help those inflicted with back pain.

The Science Behind Yoga

The Science Behind Yoga

The Science Behind Yoga

Most yoga videos are shot with beautiful models performing super human feats of inspiring strength and flexibility with little regard to science. Tree of Life's video series is designed to show consumers what goes on in their spines during daily activities like driving, standing, and biking. 3D animations are used to clearly illustrate the key joints and muscles involved, and how imbalances in our musculoskeletal systems lead to things like bulging discs, muscle spasms, and chronic back stiffness.
