CONCEPT

A one-of-a kind tea lounge, restaurant, nightclub  concept based on the Balinese concept of duality. Poleng Lounge balanced the good (tea and food) with the bad (alcohol and music) in a unique hybrid concept. Poleng was a smash hit was ranked in the Chronicle’s Top 10 restaurants in 2008 and remained in the Top 100.
